For illustrative purposes only. An investor should not draw any conclusions about the Fund's investment performance from the amount of their distribution or from the terms of the Fund's managed payment plan.

The Fund's level monthly payment amount is based on the annual payment rate and the trailing monthly average value per share and may increase or decrease from one year to the next. Please note that the Fund's Managed Payment Policy is not designed to generate, and is not expected to result in, payments that equal a fixed percentage of the Fund's current NAV per share or a fixed percentage of a shareholder's current account value. Instead, Fund shareholders are expected to receive a monthly payment that is equal to the monthly payment per share (as determined under the Managed Payment Policy) times the number of shares they own on the record date. The tax treatment and characterization of the Fund's distributions may vary significantly from time to time because of the varied nature of the Fund's investments, and may include a substantial return of capital component, which is in effect a partial return of the amount you invested in the Fund.

Risks specific to managed payment: The Fund's managed payment policy is designed to make consistent payments once per month throughout each calendar year, excluding any additional distributions required to comply with applicable law. Under the managed payment policy, the dollar amount of the Fund's scheduled monthly payments for a particular calendar year generally will increase, decrease each January based on the Fund's performance over the previous three years. Accordingly the dollar amount of the Fund's monthly cash payments could go up or down substantially from one year to the next and over time depending on, among other things, the performance of the financial markets in which the Fund invests, the allocation of Fund assets across different asset classes and investments, the performance of the Fund's investment strategies and the amount and timing of prior payments by the Fund. It is also possible for your payments from the Fund to go down substantially from one year to the next and over time, depending on the timing of your investments in the Fund. Any redemption you make from you Fund account will proportionately reduce the amount of future cash payments you will receive from the fund unless a shareholder elects otherwise. Special distributions at year-end will be automatically reinvested in additional shares of the Fund unless a shareholder elects otherwise. You may redeem such additional shares like any other share, however such a redemption may result in a significant decrease in the aggregate monthly payment received. Please also note if a shareholder elected to receive any annual special distribution in cash rather than in additional shares this will proportionately reduce the amount of future cash distributions received from the Fund. Your principal amount invested may lose value over short, intermediate or long periods of time, and performance of the Fund may have negative consequences on returns.
