John Zhang is a portfolio manager with the Agency Mortgage-Backed Securities team at Voya Investment Management. Prior to joining Voya, he worked as an analyst at Blackrock, and later as a portfolio analyst at Invesco. John earned a MS in quantitative finance from Washington University and a BA in economics and psychology from University of California, Los Angeles. He is a CFA® Charterholder and holds the Financial Risk Manager® certification.
